Physical Therapist Assistant - Up to $40,000 in Sign-On/Loyalty Bonuses

Golden Bear Physical Therapy, a member of Therapy Partners Group, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant. This is a full‑time position located in the Central Valley where you will support our team of highly skilled physical therapists in delivering individualized patient care.

Salary: $36 – $42 per hour based on experience.
Loyalty Bonus: Up to $40,000 in incentives, including a $14,000 sign‑on bonus.

• Conduct therapeutic exercises and modalities as instructed by the physical therapist.
• Assist in developing and implementing patient treatment plans.
• Apply therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and patient education.
• Document patient progress during sessions using Raintree and report changes to the supervising therapist.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, pain management, and care plans.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care and safety.

• Associate Degree as Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Previous outpatient experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
