What you’ll be getting stuck into as a Technical Coordinator

Maintaining and developing the site Quality systems and Food Safety Management System from intake through to despatch
Leading HACCP activity and overseeing allergen management and associated controls
Supporting and coordinating customer, third-party and competent authority audits
Managing internal audit and verification programmes, reporting exceptions and monitoring corrective actions
Overseeing microbiological testing, calibration programmes and compliance verification
Developing and maintaining product specifications, technical procedures and shelf-life validation activity
What you’ll bring to the table as a Technical Coordinator

Previous experience within food manufacturing technical or quality functions
Strong working knowledge of HACCP, BRC standards and Food Safety Management Systems
Experience supporting or leading internal and external audits
Practical experience managing compliance documentation, specifications and testing programmes
A solid understanding of regulatory standards within food production environments
