General Sales Manager

We are currently recruiting for a General Sales Manager to join our Client’s Franchised Car Dealer in Ripon.

Our Client is offering the successful General Sales Manager up to £65,000 OTE.

Benefits:

Starting basic salary up to c. £45,000 per annum depending on experience.
OTE at £65,000

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage and motivate a small team of automotive professionals, ensuring the dealership is adequately resourced.
Develop and roll out dealership marketing and publicity strategies to support objectives.
Support the dealerships to consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Ensure dealership activities are conducted in line with our clients, manufacturer and regulatory requirements.
Sell and Buy Vehicles Requirements:

Have a proven track record within a management role, amongst the Automotive sector.
Be results driven with a key focus on meeting objectives
Adaptable, analytical and a strong communicator.
