• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting cycles to enhance forecast accuracy
• Collaborate with finance teams for accurate reporting and variance analysis
• Review revenue forecasts and assist in developing insights on project performance
• Track open roles and support headcount planning across departments
• Assist with cash flow forecasting and balance sheet reconciliations as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5–9 years of combined accounting and/or finance experience
• Strong experience with month‑end close, journal entries, and reconciliations
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems; experience with ERP or BI tools preferred
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail

• Experience supporting process improvements, reporting automation, or system enhancements
• Ability to handle confidential information with high ethical standards
