Overview
The City is accepting applications for the position of Human Resources Manager. This is a full-time position, represented by OPEIU Local 29 Mid-Management.
With a fun workplace vibe, an office with a beautiful river view, and a 9/80 work schedule, this position will be great for an experienced HR Manager that thrives in a busy work environment.
ResponsibilitiesUnder general direction of the City Manager, this new position will manage and perform all human resource functions at the City including personnel transaction processing and personnel records management, recruitment and selection, classification, compensation, benefits, administration, leave management, labor and employee relations, and risk management activities including workers’ compensation, liability claims, general insurance, and safety and training programs; and will evaluate, recommend and implement management decisions and practices that directly affect or influence employees.
