This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fire Alarm Service Technician based in Rio Rancho, NM. The Fire Alarm Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting on fire alarm systems, conducting field service to meet client needs, and ensuring fire safety compliance. The role also involves providing excellent customer service and collaborating with the team to deliver effective fire safety solutions.

• Proficiency in Maintenance, Maintenance & Repair of fire alarm systems
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and diagnosing system issues
• Experience in Field Service and providing effective on-site technical support
• Excellent Customer Service skills to address client needs and concerns
• Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail under minimal supervision
• Relevant certifications in fire alarm systems or equivalent experience are a plus
• Understanding of fire safety codes and regulations is preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for on-site service
