• Must be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Premier Protective Security will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

• The Security Officer maintains a safe and secure environment by actively monitoring premises, including patrolling a variety of locations.
• Preserves order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
• Creates an open forum for employees and customers to voice opinions, report improprieties, and share information.
• Maintains vigilance: seeing, hearing, evaluating situations.
• Notice potential risks or incidents that may take place on the client’s premises.
• Provides customer service and information to client employees and customers as required.
• Responds to incidents and critical situations calmly and problem‑solving.
