Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $15.50 USD per hour

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks.
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs and resolve concerns.
• Inform guests about current promotions, store activities and events.
• Be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the total store, and specific to your area, to solve issues and improve the guest experience.
• Thank guests and acknowledge their choice to shop at Target.
• Know and speak to the benefits of Target Loyalty programs and assist with application or sign-up as needed.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately and in compliance with safety standards and company best practices.
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality and accuracy.
• Explain how to use features within the Target App, including Wallet, and direct guests to enroll in Order Pick-Up, Drive Up and online ordering.
• Address returns following store policies, collaborating with Leaders as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and stock supplies during store hours while being available to assist guests.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance, and work safely at all times.
• Support guest services such as order pick up, Drive-Up orders, and related duties with compliance to applicable laws.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• You are open to a flexible schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays and other peak times).

• Ability to operate handheld scanners and other technology; work independently and with a team.
• Ability to remain focused and composed to accomplish tasks within established time frames.

• Accurate handling of checkout operations and support for cash office tasks as needed.
• Ability to scan, handle and move merchandise safely; lifting up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally with or without assistance.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable attendance.
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a shift.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments, including Drive-Up and carryout activities.
