The Role
Talented Medical Solutions is seeking skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for multiple positions in Rio Rancho, NM. Join a collaborative team committed to providing exceptional patient care in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe and effective nursing care under RN or physician supervision
- Monitor patient health and document observations accurately
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments
- Support patients with daily activities and personal care
- Foster communication between patients, families, and healthcare staff
- Active LPN license in the state of New Mexico
- At least 1 year of nursing experience preferred
- Current BLS certification
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Local candidates only (no travel stipend provided)
- Weekly pay with direct deposit
