Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (T-LPN)
Location: Albuquerque, NM
Assignment Type: Contract
Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing or healthcare facility. The LPN will support patient care plans, administer treatments and medications, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure safe, high-quality care during overnight shifts.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients under the supervision of an RN or physician
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and nursing protocols
- Monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatment
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and patient mobility
- Respond promptly to patient needs and changes in condition
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
- Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Shift: Overnight / Night shift
- Schedule:
Part-time (3 shifts per week) - Guaranteed
Hours:
36 per week - Contract Length:
Approximately 7 weeks
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice
- Previous experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or acute care preferred
- Ability to work overnight shifts and weekend schedules
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in a contract or travel assignment
