Job Description:

The technologist provides professional, timely, and accurate diagnostic CT examinations of specific anatomy as prescribed by the referring physician and within compliance with established policies and procedures. Must provide CT care to patients to obtain diagnostic quality radiographs for interpretation by a radiologist.
Responsibilities:
Performance of basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable radiographic procedures, C-arm procedures, and OR imaging services
Demonstrates proficiency at routine diagnostic CT scanning procedures including CT of head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis, extremities, and biopsy/drainage procedures
Knowledge of processing of CT system, surgical/sterile procedure, studies with or without contrast media and cross-sectional anatomy
Requirements:
2+ years of experience required
ARRT CT certification required
CT and X-ray experience required
