What We're Looking For:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* EA certification or must be able to obtain EA certification (requires minimum of 48 college credits, associate's degree, or passing score on Para exam)
* Active RBT licensure
* 1 year of experience working with individuals with Autism and Severe behaviors required
* Must be available for work from Monday to Friday, between 7:00am - 4:00pm

The Stepping Stones Group is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician for a Substitute, school-based position in Fremont, CA! The Substitute RBT will be part of our on-site Intensive Behavioral Student Services team and will serve to lead, inspire, and support students through individualized behavioral programs.
This is an as-needed position, and applicants can expect to work a part time schedule of up to 15 hours per week with the potential to move to full-time. What We're Looking For Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification CPI Blue Card or willing to obtain
At least 1 year of experience implementing behavior intervention plans with students with special needs in home or school settings
Experience with school-based interventions highly preferred but not required
