The Suites Rio Vista in Rio Rancho is hiring a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join a supportive, high-performing therapy team. Come be part of a facility that is top-tier in care and home to strong residents and a devoted rehab staff that feels like family.
Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy services to residents in short-term rehab and long-term care settings.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the care team.
- Participate in a team-driven environment focused on patient-first care.
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in New Mexico (or eligible to become licensed).
- Graduate of an accredited OT program.
- Skilled in developing individualized treatment plans.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in skilled nursing/rehab preferred, but new grads are welcome.
- $12,000 Sign-On Bonus
