Finance Specialist – Rocky Mountain RV & Marine, Albuquerque, NM (Full-Time).

Rocky Mountain RV & Marine is a family-owned and operated RV and marine dealership serving New Mexico for nearly four decades. We are known for professionalism, transparency, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

• Meet with customers at the point of sale to review and complete purchase agreements
• Identify and address financing obstacles (DTI, proof of residency, down payment requirements, lender stipulations)
• Coordinate cash and credit-union transactions, including establishing lender contacts when applicable
• Introduce and present finance and protection products transparently and professionally
• Complete all closing paperwork after vehicle orientation
• Ensure contracts are accurate, compliant, and funded promptly
• Follow up with lenders and internal teams to keep deliveries on track

• Dealership finance experience preferred (RV, marine, automotive, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional communication and customer service abilities
• Demonstrated integrity and high ethical standards
• Reliable, accountable, and team-oriented
• Spanish-speaking is a plus

Estimated annual compensation: $70,000 – $90,000, based on experience and performance
