Overview
Technical Operative
DIRECT HIRE
Location: Rio Rancho, NM
Pay: $20â $22/hour DOE
Schedule: Full-Time
Compressed, Front End Shift (Sunday-Tuesday & every other Wednesday) 12 hr. shifts 7am-7pm
Training shift:
Mon-Fri 7am-4pm
Training Duration: 4-6 weeks (paid)

This company operates in highly controlled environments where precision, reliability, and efficiency are critical. What You’ll Do- Install, maintain, and repair vending machines and smart cabinets
- Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
- Diagnose hardware and software issues and implement effective solutions
- Replace or repair faulty components to restore functionality
- Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections
- Maintain service logs and detailed maintenance schedules
- Install and relocate equipment as required
- Manage spare parts inventory and tools for repairs
- Support goods receiving, picking, packing, and stock accuracy
- Perform stock checks and cycle counting
- Work within computerized systems (SAP, inventory systems, project tools)
- Deliver items to points of use when required
- Manage assigned projects and complete tasks within deadlines

- Experience in controlled or technical environments
- Background in vending systems, smart cabinets, or similar equipment
- Experience with SAP, Microsoft Projects, or similar systems
- Inventory or warehouse exposure
