Technical Operative
DIRECT HIRE

Location: Rio Rancho, NM

Pay: $20â $22/hour DOE

Schedule: Full-Time

Compressed, Front End Shift (Sunday-Tuesday & every other Wednesday) 12 hr. shifts 7am-7pm

  Mon-Fri 7am-4pm

  Training Duration: 4-6 weeks (paid)

We are partnering with a global leader supporting some of the worldâs largest manufacturers in semiconductor, microelectronics, pharmaceutical, life sciences, and medical device industries. This company operates in highly controlled environments where precision, reliability, and efficiency are critical. • Install, maintain, and repair vending machines and smart cabinets
• Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
• Diagnose hardware and software issues and implement effective solutions
• Replace or repair faulty components to restore functionality
• Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections
• Maintain service logs and detailed maintenance schedules
• Install and relocate equipment as required
• Manage spare parts inventory and tools for repairs
• Support goods receiving, picking, packing, and stock accuracy
• Perform stock checks and cycle counting
• Work within computerized systems (SAP, inventory systems, project tools)
• Deliver items to points of use when required
• Manage assigned projects and complete tasks within deadlines

• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Experience working with technical equipment or systems
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfort working in physically active environments (standing, bending, lifting)
• Experience using software systems (SAP, Microsoft Office, project tools)

• Reliable, flexible, and self-motivated
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Clear communicator – able to explain technical issues simply
• Customer service mindset
• Experience in controlled or technical environments
• Background in vending systems, smart cabinets, or similar equipment
• Experience with SAP, Microsoft Projects, or similar systems
• Inventory or warehouse exposure
