Onsite Service Engineer - Mexico

Position Summary

Your mission as the Onsite Service Engineer is to provide expert repair services for our technology solutions, delivering unmatched customer satisfaction and upholding the highest standards of safety. You are committed to ensuring the performance and longevity of your customers' technology through your expertise. Your work is important for supporting the operational success and technological advancement of industries relying on these technologies.

• Report to the Site Manager.
• Conduct planned and ad‑hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems, diagnosing issues to prevent equipment downtime.
• Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
• Act as the on‑site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.

• Education level:
  High School Diploma; preferably an AS degree (full military equivalent may substitute for AS).
• Relevant previous experience: 1‑3 years of equivalent experience in a relevant technical field (e.g., electronic, mechanical, chemical, gas, refrigeration, or basic vacuum). Ideally with customer‑facing experience.
• Knowledge areas / skills:
  • Strong customer focus to ensure delivered solutions meet expectations and time frames.
  • Self‑directed with the ability to understand and resolve problems and to escalates through the appropriate channels when required.
  • Proactively seeks customer feedback and asks questions to understand their business.
  • Ability to share technical expertise, provide coaching to less experienced teammates.
  • Collaborates and supports team members to deliver company objectives.
  • Complies with all applicable laws, policies, and standards to meet organizational, safety, and health obligations.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English; clear speech and hearing.
  • Ability to use computer software to record data and compose reports.
  • Ability to understand and interpret technical documentation, e.g., technical drawings.
