Sandoval Academy Of Bilingual Education is a state-authorized charter school located in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Rio Rancho, NM. The Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering effective lessons that align with the educational objectives of the academy. Daily responsibilities include creating lesson plans, instructing students, assessing performance, and fostering an environment conducive to learning. The Teacher will collaborate with colleagues to implement effective teaching strategies and ensure the academic development of students.

• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and developing engaging educational materials.
• Strong background in Education, including knowledge of curriculum standards and best practices.
• Effective Communication skills to interact with students, parents, and staff members.
• Experience in Teaching and Training students in classroom or one-on-one settings.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students of diverse backgrounds.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field;
  New Mexico teaching certification with TESOL and/or bilingual endorsement preferred.
• Proficiency in bilingual or multilingual teaching is a valuable advantage.
