Primary Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate, appropriate, and effective patient care for health problems and health promotion. Work with professionalism, adhering to ethical principles and respecting a diverse patient population.
Operate within a systems-based practice, demonstrating awareness of the larger healthcare system and effectively utilizing system resources to deliver value-based care.

Required Qualifications:- Board Certified/Eligible Advanced Practice Clinician.
- Medical Licensure in New Mexico or ability to obtain prior to employment.
- DEA license or ability to obtain prior to employment.
The salary range is $104,500 to $156,000 annually, based on full-time employment, experience, and achievement of metrics.
