• Board Certified/Eligible Advanced Practice Clinician.
• Medical Licensure in New Mexico or ability to obtain prior to employment.
• DEA license or ability to obtain prior to employment.

The salary range is $104,500 to $156,000 annually, based on full-time employment, experience, and achievement of metrics.
