** Key Responsibilities*
* · Independently respond to complex customer inquiries using standard operating procedures.
· Diagnose and resolve advanced hardware and software issues received through incoming customer contacts or proactive monitoring systems.
· Troubleshoot and identify faults down to the hardware Field Replaceable Unit (FRU) level.
· Collaborate with Customer Care (CC) teams to reproduce issues in lab environments where needed.
· Address technical, service, product, and customer-relations questions regarding features, specifications, repairs, parts, and options - including both current and discontinued products.
· Provide support based on customer entitlement (e.g., warranty, mission-critical agreements).
· Demonstrate superior written and verbal communication when assisting customers via phone, remote support, and e-support channels.
· Proactively help customers minimize or prevent recurring issues.

* · Proven experience in a customer-facing technical support role (phone, remote, or e-support).
· Strong ability to diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to explain technical concepts clearly through verbal descriptions.
· Demonstrated capability to mentor or train peers on new and existing technologies.
· Experience collaborating with engineering, quality, or customer care teams for issue replication and resolution.
· Familiarity with Knowledge Management tools and documentation best practices.

** Pay Details:** $19.59 per hour
