Customer Service Representative

Our client, a leader in the technology support industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting technical and customer relations efforts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Respond independently to complex customer issues using standard protocols

+ Resolve technical problems related to hardware and software from customer contacts

+ Provide information, analysis, and recommendations to support team efforts

+ Assist customers proactively to prevent or reduce issues

+ Participate in projects and provide feedback based on analysis

** What's Needed?*
* + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or 1-2 years related experience or Master's degree.

+ Knowledge of microcomputer hardware, basic- level knowledge of operating systems software.

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills

+ Experience in customer-facing roles, remote support, or telephone support

+ Ability to diagnose hardware issues to the FRU level and train team members on new technologies
