Full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Join the Mondelēz International team to fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Represent world‑famous brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Order product via iPad tablet for shelf and display to ensure in‑stock conditions.
• Ensure leading Nabisco brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz’ guidelines.
• Monitor and communicate any issues with sale representatives’ negotiated plans with store managers.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• At least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional, self‑motivated attitude capable of working independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Physical stamina to perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment, including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., and occasionally pushing or pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location (Mission, TX) or secondary locations such as Rio Grande City, TX.
• Availability Monday–Friday, starting at 5 a.m.

Hourly compensation ranges from $15.00 to $17.00 based on experience.
