We are looking for supportive and outgoing Customer Service Officer to be the friendly face and first point of contact for Match Works, supporting participants and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

As an Customer Service Officer in our team you’ll:

• Support participants with information, appointments, and access to tools to help them job search.
• Create a friendly, welcoming and warm experience for participants and visitors.
• Handle admin essentials – data entry, filing, scheduling, and keeping systems up to date.
• Work closely with your team to share ideas, improve processes, and celebrate wins together.

• Strong people skills – you’re approachable, positive, and calm even on busy days.
• Great multitasking skills and an ability to juggle admin, calls, and face-to-face support with ease.
• A team player attitude as someone who genuinely enjoys supporting colleagues and participants.

(You'll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don't worry, we'll help guide you through this.)
