* Must possess valid New Jersey Teacher Certifications as follows:
* Teacher of the Handicapped certification or;
* Elementary School Teacher Grades K-8 and Teacher of Students with Disabilities or;
* Elementary School Teacher Grades K-6, Teacher of Students with Disabilities, and EST with Subject Matter Specialization:
Language Arts/Literacy Specialization in Grades 5-8 certifications or;
* Teacher of English and Teacher of Students with Disabilites certifications
