Our brand-new, luxury service is set in the small village of Crow, which is very close to Ringwood. We provide quality Residential, Dementia, Nursing and Respite care for 72-residents.
Are you someone who thrives on creativity and enjoys making a positive impact on others? We re searching for a dynamic Activities Lead to bring fun and fulfilment to our residents lives. In this role, you ll partner with the Home Manager to design and implement a wide range of engaging activities tailored to the needs and interests of our residents.

Your
Key Responsibilities:
- Activity Planning & Execution: Design and lead monthly and individual activity programs that cater to a variety of interests, helping residents maintain their hobbies and discover new ones.
- Promote Social Interaction: Facilitate social opportunities that encourage residents to connect and enjoy their time in the care home.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Keep detailed records of all activities to ensure that every event is documented and meets the needs of our residents.
What You’ll Bring to the Role:
- Event Planning Expertise: A proven ability to develop and organize diverse activities and events.
- Creative Flair: A friendly, creative, and confident personality that can engage and inspire residents.
- Passion for Elderly Care: A genuine interest in improving the quality of life for the elderly.
- Strong Communication: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the confidence to lead and work as part of a team.
- Independent & Proactive: Ability to work on your own initiative, bringing fresh ideas to life.
