Graduate Estimator / Junior Estimator (Manufacturing)

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000. Additional benefits:
Excellent Training, Career Progression, 36.5 hour working week, Flexible Hours, 33 Days Holiday, Onsite Parking, Future Hybrid Working.

Office Based:
Commutable from Salisbury, Fordingbridge, Bournemouth, Southampton, Ringwood and Surrounding Areas.

Are you a recent graduate with a degree in business, economics, engineering or a similar field? This role offers full training into becoming a fully qualified Estimator within a specialist manufacturing sector. You'll work in a close‑knit company that invests in its staff through extensive training and development opportunities and values work‑life balance.

The company has been operating for almost 5 decades, known for excellent culture, staff retention and growth. We are rapidly expanding and looking to add a candidate to be fully trained in Estimating / Buying.

Responsibilities include:

analysing drawings and specifications, and working closely with project managers, sales team and engineers.

• Specialist Training in order to become an Estimator / Buyer
• Full training into specialist manufacturing
• Office based with potential hybrid opportunities

• Recent graduate within business, economics, engineering or a similar degree / experience
• Motivated to move into Estimating / Buying
