Customer Service Agent – Part‑Time (Weekend)
Konecta is hiring a Customer Service Agent role to support Hertz 24/7 customers in Southampton, Hampshire.

Salary: 24 paid hours per week. (£15,600) plus up to £100 monthly bonus.
Location:
Konecta, Ringwood – Hybrid (working location Pullman Way, Ringwood, Hampshire)
Hours:
24 hours per week – Friday to Sunday 07:00 – 22:00 (shift variations).
Provide exceptional customer service across multiple channels – live webchat, emails, alerts, and occasional outbound calls. Support customers to achieve the best from Hertz products and maintain high brand standards.
Skills & Qualifications- Fluent in English.
- Excellent customer service mindset – put customers at the heart of interactions.
- Strong communication skills – keep customers informed and navigate their journey.
- Ambassador for Hertz 24/7 – represent the brand to the highest standard.
- Passion for helping others – persuasive and capable of communicating on different levels.
- Logical problem‑solving approach.
- Significant experience with customers, face‑to‑face or remotely/phone.
- Proficient in computer technology and systems.
- Excellent grammar and spelling.

Konecta reserves the right to change working hours. The role will be 16 hours a week on Saturdays and Sundays while the company operational hours are 7am–10pm Monday–Sunday.
Systems & TrainingFull training will be provided by Konecta, covering ongoing requirements for the duration of the project. Induction includes Data Protection Act, systems and soft skills training. The agent must attend 2 weeks of training Monday–Friday.
Opportunity for GrowthThe suitable candidate will join the team alongside established consultants to raise customer experience standards. The team will have SMART objectives communicated by the Customer Experience Director. Progression opportunities and additional duties are encouraged, with potential salary increases for added responsibility.
