Partners Personnel - Up to $1700.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to all safety requirements, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).;
Quality Assurance:
Ensure that product quality meets specifications set by Quality Assurance (QA) and USDA standards.;
Equipment Management:
Monitor and ensure all equipment throughout the departments is operating smoothly and efficiently.;
Teamwork and Supervision Support:
Assist supervision in selecting and retaining team members by fostering a positive teamwork environment.;
Collaborate with supervisors to maintain quality standards while achieving published production and Quality Index goals.
