About the RoleAs a Quality Reliability Engineer, you will work onsite at the customer facility supporting all wiring harness–related quality concerns. You will respond to issues on the assembly line, gather data and evidence, complete detailed reports, and collaborate closely with customer and internal teams to ensure product reliability and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Solve wiring harness problems on the HMGMA assembly line
- Respond immediately to customer inline quality issues
- Conduct issue checks and complete formal reports
- Gather photos, data, evidence, and documentation for all quality problems
- Share findings with internal teams to support corrective actions
- Use rework tools as needed to resolve customer issues
- Follow customer process flow and quality protocols
- Collaborate with the Quality Control Supervisor and customer representatives
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Experience performing vehicle inspections
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced customer environment
- Strong adaptability and customer‑focus
- Proficiency with basic Excel
- Understanding of customer process flows and automotive quality standards
