Warehouse Inventory Manager
Location:
RINCON, GA
Shift: 1st shift (5:00 am – 1:30 pm, Monday–Friday)
Reports to:
Director of Inventory Control
$65,000 – $85,000 per year.
SummaryWe are seeking a Warehouse Inventory Manager to join our GDC team. This role is responsible for leading the team in maintaining the integrity of our inventory movement and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a natural curiosity and drive to troubleshoot and resolve issues, improve processes, and demonstrate a "roll‑up‑your‑sleeves" work ethic.
Responsibilities- Partner with other teams across the facility and company to ensure inventory flow is accurate and timely.
- Prepare and report on daily metrics and goals, resolve problems, and troubleshoot new challenges using RF devices, WMS, Excel, and other technical tools.
- Physically move product within the Distribution Center using RF equipment and MHE.
- Direct, coach, and mentor your team in cycle count, inventory audit preparation, product relocation, replenishment, and reconciliation of issues between the WMS and the GL system (Net Suite).
- Participate in ongoing training to update job knowledge and SOPs.
- Show flexibility with changes in shift, workdays, and duties; cross‑train to cover warehouse functions when needed.
- 3+ years’ experience working directly with WMS software and the inventory movement function, plus a proven track record of leading a team.
- Process‑improvement mindset with the ability to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to manage and interpret data, and provide insights for operational improvements.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and proven leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Must be able to work onsite full‑time.
- Frequent standing, stooping, reaching; occasional sitting, climbing, or balancing.
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs; frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs; occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 lbs.
- Specific vision abilities required (close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment).
- Certification in forklift, reach truck, and order picker equipment a plus; must be able to learn and become certified.
- Base salary $65,000 – $85,000 per year (dependent upon experience, education, and skills).
