Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Coordinator to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring data integrity across multiple platforms, assisting with payroll processing, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to optimize data workflows.

Responsibilities- Clean, validate, and manage data from multiple sources.
- Maintain databases and ensure data integrity across platforms.
- Generate reports and dashboards to support business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data workflows.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies.
- Assist with processing bi‑weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain payroll records, including wages, deductions, benefits, and garnishments.
- Prepare and submit reports and assist with audits as needed.
- Process new hires, terminations, and pay adjustments in the payroll system.
- Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables.
- 3+ years of full-cycle data entry and/or payroll processing experience.
- Knowledge of ERP platforms and/or payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paycom, Kronos) and timekeeping software.
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Experience with benefits, garnishments, accruals, labor, adjustments, etc. is a plus.
The position is fully in‑office, working alongside the Data Coordination team and Payroll team, which includes two other Data Coordinators. The role reports to the payroll manager and follows a strict 8 AM to 5 PM schedule. Our team has seen significant growth, increasing from 3 400 to 4 600 people in 2023, and has never experienced layoffs.
Job Type & LocationContract to Hire position based out of Rincon, GA.
Pay and Benefits- Pay range: $20.00–$24.00/hr.
