Le Havre de l'estuaire, a friendly seniors' residence located in Rimouski, is looking for a person to fill a position of beneficiary attendant (PAB), full-time night. Near downtown Rimouski, in a revitalized neighborhood, you will be close to services, the hospital and the Regional Museum. Being on the banks of the St. Lawrence River, you will have the pleasure of living in an enchanting environment.

Purpose of the position

Near downtown Rimouski, in a revitalized neighborhood, you will be close to services, the hospital and the Regional Museum. Being on the banks of the St. Lawrence River, you will have the pleasure of living in an enchanting environment.

Schedule:

a full-time night position, from 11:00 to 8:00 , every other weekend.
Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :

Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around

While interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the on-call nurse.

Contribute to the adjustment of a residents' action plan based on their observations

Proactively assist and support the residents

Adhere to standards and regulations in accordance with private seniors' home certification and employer policies

In collaboration with the different teams, carry out health and hygienic care to the residents while maintaining their dignity and integrity .

Respond to all emergency situations

Required qualifications :

PDSB training

Up to date CPR / AED training certificates
