AOC​/Maintenance Planner

Intro information

We are seeking an Advanced Operations Coordinator (AOC) to support offshore wind operations at two major offshore wind farms located off the coast of IJmuiden. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth coordination between offshore technicians, vessels, and onshore operational teams during retrofit and blade repair campaigns.

The position is part of the offshore operations team responsible for delivering service, retrofit, and blade repair campaigns across multiple offshore wind assets. Operations are supported by a Service Operation Vessel (SOV) and Crew Transfer Vessels (CTVs), with coordination managed from a dedicated onshore facility in IJmuiden.

The team operates in a fast-paced environment where safety, accuracy in planning, and system control are essential to ensure successful offshore execution.

• Coordinate daily offshore operations for retrofit and blade repair campaigns.
• Dispatch, manage, and close work orders in SAP.
• Monitor job progress and track parts usage and consumption.
• Manage technician manifests and crew change planning.
• Support personnel logistics and offshore staffing coordination.
• Provide operational and administrative support to the project team.
• Assist with procurement-related activities when required.
• Ensure continuous and safe on-site operational coverage.

• Fluent English (working language).
• Strong working knowledge of SAP (preferred).
• Experience in offshore wind operations or technical field coordination.
• Experience with technician scheduling and crew logistics.
• Strong administrative and system management skills.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in IJmuiden (Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week).
• Availability to start in March (preferred).
