Partner Development Team Focus

Flipp's Account Management team builds and maintains relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth. Partner Development is responsible for managing Flipp’s high‑trust partnerships with 98% of North America’s largest retailers, CPGs, and agencies.

Account Executive Responsibilities
  • Collaboratively build and execute winning plans with sophisticated partnerships across retail, CPG, and agencies in North America.
  • Create and communicate own business plans to external partners leveraging Flipp’s leading technology and shopper data.
  • Deliver strategic alignment with partners, driving revenue targets and technology initiatives.
  • Lead retailer projects end‑to‑end, including planning, sell‑in, execution, communication, and reporting.
  • Act as a strategic consultant for retailers, aligning, selling, and executing plans that drive joint value.
  • Work closely with Partner Insights & Analytics to provide custom insights, data story, and actionable recommendations.
  • Identify problems across functions, diagnose root causes, and rally resources to build solutions.
Qualifications

3-7 years of sales experience, preferably in CPG, Digital Media, or Technology.

Demonstrated leadership ability and ability to work with complex data to drive insights and action.

Exceptional communication skills that allow you to lead and influence thinking internally and externally.

Benefits

Compensation: $89,000 - $111,000 CAD.
