As an HVAC Service Technician in Rifle, CO, you will:
Diagnose, service, and repair HVAC systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components
Complete full HVAC and boiler installations in high-end residential homes
Perform system start-ups and ensure equipment operates efficiently
Communicate clearly with homeowners and internal teams to deliver reliable service
Read blueprints and follow specifications to ensure accurate installations

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on HVAC experience, including boiler installation or related work
Strong troubleshooting skills across HVAC and MEP systems
Ability to complete installations and repairs with attention to detail
Professional attitude and commitment to quality workmanship
Retrofit project experience is a plus
HVAC certifications are not required
Completion of a pre-employment assessment is required
