• $30–$55/hr + performance bonuses

• Schedule:
  
  Tuesday-Saturday, 40-50 hours/week

• On-call rotation schedule

As an HVAC Technician based in Rifle, CO, you’ll cover service areas throughout the Western Slope, from Snowmass to Grand Junction. Your role includes:

• Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential/light commercial HVAC systems

• Communicating solutions clearly to homeowners, no tech-speak

• Recommending upgrades or system improvements

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional work environment

• Participating in on-call rotations and adapting to a future 4-10s schedule

• Being the tech customers ask for by name

• 2+ years of HVAC experience required

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record (no recent major infractions)

• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, parts, and diagnostic tools

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Clean, organized, and professional demeanor

• NATE Certification

• Hydronics experience

• EPA Certification
