PRN, Rotating

As a Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse, you’ll be a clinical leader, working as part of an interdisciplinary team to deliver and oversee high-quality, patient-centered care. You’ll promote both the physical and mental well‑being of residents through assessments, care planning, and coordination.

• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Coordinate and monitor medical services, including medication management
• Collaborate with physicians and team members to deliver effective treatment
• Administer IVs and advanced nursing interventions
• Document care and ensure regulatory compliance

• Active Colorado RN license OR LPN license (DORA)
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)

• Pay Range: $30.50‑$44.91/hour (based on experience)
• Shift Differentials: $2–$4/hour for nights and weekends

Compensation may vary outside this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
