What You’ll DoThe Clinical Psychologist provides advanced psychological assessment, diagnostic clarification, consultation, and treatment services for patients at Grand River Health. This role supports patients with complex or diagnostically unclear presentations and works collaboratively with other Grand River Health providers and interdisciplinary teams to inform clinical decision-making and coordinated care. The position is primarily based on-site at Grand River Health’s main campus in Rifle, Colorado, with occasional support provided at Clinic West in Parachute, Colorado, as operational needs require.
The Clinical Psychologist contributes specialized expertise to support integrated, evidence-based behavioral health services.
- Provide psychological assessment and diagnostic services to support treatment planning and clinical decision-making.
- Conduct mental health and specialty-related assessments based on patient presentation and clinical needs.
- Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy, primarily utilizing focused, time-limited treatment interventions.
- Develop and modify individualized treatment plans for patients with complex clinical needs in collaboration with the care team.
- Serve as a clinical consultant and resource to medical providers and behavioral health clinicians on complex cases and diagnostic considerations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support integrated care models and appropriate referral pathways.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences, clinical consultations, and care coordination activities.
- Contribute to program development, quality improvement initiatives, and outcomes monitoring within behavioral health services.
- Provide psychoeducation to patients, families, and staff to support understanding of treatment plans and mental health conditions.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards and organizational requirements.
- Ensure services comply with ethical guidelines, licensure standards, and applicable laws and regulations.
- Demonstrate professionalism, collaboration, and a patient-centered approach in all interactions.
- Performs a variety of tasks and other duties as assigned.
- Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology or a closely related field required.
- Current DORA licensure as a Licensed Psychologist in the State of Colorado required.
- Two to four years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred, particularly in integrated healthcare or interdisciplinary clinical environments.

What We Offer- $56.70-$62.80 per hour
