Job Description

Rifle High School promotes an environment where students and staff pursue scholarly success while accepting responsibility for their actions and treating people, including themselves, with dignity and care.

Responsible for planning, organizing and implementing an appropriate Social Studies instructional program based on the Colorado Academic Standards and district scope and sequence in a learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic potential. Plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences and establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities. Responsible for working effectively with a team of paraprofessionals, teachers, administrators, parents and District office staff with the purpose of providing quality educational services for each and every student, each and every day, without exception.

Status: Full Time, 36 Hours Per Week, 165 Days Per Year

Location: Rifle High School, Rifle CO

Salary Range:

* No in district experience salary range- $44,731-$67,102
