As a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional, you will serve clients with diverse tax needs and build strong relationships. You will receive advanced tax training and support from an expert team.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification (preferred)
• Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership)
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or tax
• Experience conducting virtual tax interviews
• Experience with tax planning and audit support
• Sales and/or marketing experience (optional)

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face‑to‑face and via virtual tools (video, phone, chat, email)
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support; all certification levels can provide tax notice services
• Circular 230 associates can provide audit representation
• Mentor and support teammates
• Successfully complete the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment*
• Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
• Comfort with virtual tools and effective communication in person, via phone, and in writing
• Must meet IRS and applicable state requirements
• High school diploma or higher (equivalent)

$11.00 - $80.00/Hr. Local minimum wage laws apply. Individual pay decisions depend on experience, education, skill, performance, and location.
