• Scoop, serve, and sell Ben & Jerry's ice cream, shakes, and treats
• Deliver fast, friendly, and memorable customer service
• Operate POS and handle cash accurately
• Keep the shop clean, stocked, and organized
• Work as part of a team to keep energy high during busy shifts
• Follow food safety, cleanliness, and company standards

• Positive attitude and strong people skills
• Reliability and punctuality—show up ready to work
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends, and holidays)
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Team‑first mindset (leadership interest is a plus, but not required)
