Pay Rate: $34-$35 per hour (Based on experience)

Job Description: United Trades of America is seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Foreman to oversee mechanical operations at our Brandon, Mississippi location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems and team management, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical work on various projects
• Lead and manage a team of mechanics, ensuring high-quality work
• Monitor and inspect work for compliance with project specifications and safety regulations
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide solutions as needed
• Plan and schedule tasks efficiently to meet project deadlines
• Communicate progress and challenges to site supervisors and management
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and documentation

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Foreman or in a similar supervisory role
• Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of tools, equipment, and safety standards
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Must reside within 60 miles of Brandon, MS
• Solid communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
