Position Title(s)- Assistant Store Manager
- Supervisor

- Experience:
Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team. - Leadership
Skills:
Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Customer‑Centric: A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
- Analytical
Skills:
Ability to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make data‑driven decisions. - Flexibility:
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed. - Tech‑Savvy:
Proficiency in retail management software and basic computer applications.
- Assistant Store Manager:
- Open availability, including during hours necessary to open and close the store (mornings, days, nights).
- Minimum standard work week of 5 days.
- Average standard work week of 44 hours, with increases during peak sales periods (e.g., holiday, back‑to‑school).
- Supervisor:
- Availability during hours necessary to open and close the store (mornings, days, nights).
- Minimum of 5 days of availability.
- Minimum standard 30‑hour work week.
- All Management:
- Availability on weekends and holidays.
- Punctuality and regular attendance consistent with company policy.
- Reliable transportation.
- Clear spoken English for customer interaction and staff supervision.
- Ability to read, write English, and perform business‑related mathematics for normal business and corporate sales reports.
- Potential need to relocate within the company’s network for operational needs and career growth.
- Requires prolonged standing, approximately 5 to 14 hours per day.
- During peak sale periods, may work long periods throughout a 1 to 12‑hour day.
- Requires stooping, kneeling, reaching, and pulling to stock merchandise.
