Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our hospice team. In this critical role, you will coordinate and oversee patient care, ensuring each individual receives the comprehensive support and services they need throughout their end-of-life journey.
You will collaborate closely with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare providers to develop and implement personalized care plans that prioritize comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
The position will cover our Port Gibson, MS area, including the surrounding and outlying communities.
