A suite attendant’s primary role is to ensure a positive and comfortable experience for guests within a suite.

They are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the suite, providing attentive service, and addressing guest needs related to food and beverage, amenities, and general requests.

• Cleaning and Maintenance: This includes cleaning guest rooms, common areas, and ensuring all areas are tidy and well-maintained. They may also be responsible for tasks like making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and replenishing supplies.
• Communication: Suite attendants communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and supervisors to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
