Packaging Technician II

My name is Avery, and I am a Recruiter with The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking an Packaging Technician II for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Ridgefield, NJ. Details of the position are as follows:

• Pay: $30-34/hr to Start!!
• Monday-Friday (Onsite!)
• 6-month assignment, possibility of extension or conversion based on performance and budget.
• The position will mainly be responsible for staging, reconciliation, inspection, and packing or prefilled syringe products produced on site.
• The position will maintain compliance with all applicable Regulatory requirements relative to FDA, cGMP regulations, Company’s SOPs, and Safety regulations.
• The position will perform manual inspection of prefilled syringes and maintain batch record documentation and logs as required by regulatory agencies.
• The position will check and confirm accuracy of staged components and identify any inspection failures and report them immediately.
• The position will conduct reconciliation of materials/syringes used during inspection and packaging operations.
• The position will support packaging activities of inspected syringes per production schedule.
• The position will perform daily safety walkthroughs and report results to management.
• The position will troubleshoot equipment, assist with non-conformances, and ensure all related training is completed and up to date.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience
• 3+ years of packaging experience
• 3+ years of knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices
• 3+ years of knowledge of Production Inspection Process
• Able to lift, push, pull up to 50lbs
