On-Site Maintenance Superintendent

Imagineers is a highly regarded property management company with offices located in Hartford and Seymour. We are seeking applicants for the On-Site Maintenance Superintendent position for a 296 unit condominium complex in Ridgefield CT
. The community has long been considered a premier condominium and seeks someone to help maintain this level of quality.

The Site Superintendent is responsible for the safe and effective planning, direction, supervision, performance and execution of all day-to-day aspects of maintenance and facilities operations.

• Prioritize and complete all work orders for both homeowners and common areas, such as the grounds, clubhouse, and pool.
• Perform services requiring skills not limited to basic carpentry, masonry, sheetrock, painting, and general building/grounds maintenance.
• Complete tasks that may require climbing ladders and outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
• Report to the property manager and act as “designated supervisor” in service contracts and maintenance projects using outside contractors.
• Provide supervision and direction of work performed by others, with significant authority in project execution as the designated supervisor.
• Work on an hourly basis with occasional after-hours responsibilities for emergencies.
