That belief is what built our People Analytics function, and it’s what’s driving us to the next chapter.

We’re seeking an Associate Director, People Analytics who goes beyond charts and models to uncover the human story inside the data. Someone who blends analytical rigor with strategic insight, translating complex analyses into clear, trusted guidance for leaders. • Turn insight into action - You’ll craft clear narratives that move leaders from understanding to action—ensuring data not only informs conversations but shapes decisions.
  • Advance and elevate the function - You’ll help define best practices, mentor peers, and continuously raise the bar for how analytics is executed, communicated, and embedded into the organization.
