Business Analyst​/Data Analyst​/Project Manager

Element Technologies is hiring for Business Analysts, Data Analysts, & Project Managers in Ridgefield, CT for one of our leading Pharmaceutical clients.

Note: Need someone from Pharma domain who has handled Commercial data and prescription data.

Position: Pharmaceutical Business Analyst / Data Analyst / Project Manager

Location: Ridgefield, CT (Hybrid - 2 days onsite in a week)

Contract: Long Term Contract

Responsibilities:

• Manage a shared services team, coordinating with off-shore teams, information management teams, and other stakeholders to drive effective pull-through of requirements and operational updates.
• Domain experience in Pharma and Digital data including but not limited to (NPP / Digital data, IQVIA syndicated data (DDD, Xponent), Veeva CRM data).
• Represent Information management Digital data and reporting with stakeholders including marketing, ops, go-to-market, and others.
• Drive requirements with stakeholders and produce effective output including requirements documents, data analysis, and third-party data profiling.
• Seek to understand business problems/questions from end users and offer solutions and guidance with data and visualization of data/metrics.
• Project management experience and strong communication skills are essential for this role, with the ability to operate with minimum supervision.
• Maintain a clear line of sight to stakeholder customers’ requirements/needs.
• Project manage plans and status reporting.
• Dashboard end-user experience with Tableau or similar, with the ability to see the big picture and lead dashboard mock reviews.
• Experience in data profiling (third party, syndicated, NPP), requirements documentation of business rules, KPI, and metrics.
• Run user acceptance testing for marketing mix (MMIX) and drive effective pull-through of concise output artifacts including but not limited to (summary output PPT, testing issues and resolution, timely escalation and mitigation).
• Drive pull-through for operational issues and resolutions for digital performance analyzer dashboard.
