Portfolio Services Analyst

• Manage portfolio modifications by generating transaction checklists, preparing necessary documentation, coordinating with deal team members and interested parties to ensure operational preparedness, and processing in the operating system.
• Generate and issue early lease termination and payoff quotes as requested by customers and/or internal functions.
• Prepare necessary documentation and coordinate and close early terminations and sales, and payoffs, with all interested parties and process in the operating system.
• Perform detailed reviews of customer corporate aviation insurance certificates to ensure compliance with lease and loan documentation, company policies and credit facility requirements.
• Work closely with U.S. and international customers, aviation insurance brokers and/or insurance companies to correct deficiencies.
• Track expiration dates for customers’ insurance certificates and request renewals from the insurance parties and/or customers.
• Research insurance claims and coordinate the Company’s approval process for requests submitted by customers and insurance representatives.
• Insurance subject matter expert for other functions within the Company and the primary interface with the Company’s insurance carrier for guidance and to be informed of changes in the industry.
• Secure the Company’s collateral position in accordance with standard operating procedures (including local aviation authorities, the International Registry and the UCC).
• Ordering articles of incorporation, good standing statuses and suits, liens and judgements searches based on guidance received from deal teams.
• Request UCC searches from 3rd-party provider based on guidance received from deal teams.
• File UCC-1 financing statements and UCC-3 amendments, continuations and terminations with guidance received from deal teams, if applicable.
• Backup support to apply cash to customers’ accounts and various other operations-related activities.
• Ad hoc tasks and projects.
