Job DescriptionApply cash receipts, reconcile customer accounts and bank discrepancies, and facilitate the end-to-end deduction management process through the Order to Cash teams. Participate in the realization of strategies designed to solve problems, increase efficiencies, and/or accomplish team and individual goals.
Skills: Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Demonstrated excellent customer orientation and service skills. Either a BA and 0-2 years of experience or a HS Diploma and 6+ years of experience are needed for this role.
Education: Bachelors degree and/or professional training.
Languages: English (Read, Write, Speak).
